Over the years I’ve seen this happen over and over again.
Entrepreneurs “make” it. They build a profitable and successful business. Maybe it’s a business generating a couple hundred thousand a year or maybe it’s even a seven-figure business.
And, then, once they’ve built that business, so many of them . . . stop.
They don’t stop their business.
But they stop growing.
They stop trying to change the world.
They decide they’ve worked enough and sacrificed enough, so now they only have to focus on getting “theirs.” Which means they do enough to maintain what they’ve built—but no more. Maybe they even raise their coaching fees so only a handful of people can afford to work with them.
These GURUs are not changing the world.
It’s not generosity.
It’s not being a true leader.
If you are a true leader, you never stop improving yourself.
You’re driven . . . not just to succeed, but to make a difference.
Never forget your calling to help as many people as you possibly can.
