HeartCore Business is looking for a rockstar Head of Marketing who is knowledgeable in funnel building, online marketing, and strong at project management!
You’re the kind of person who anyone can rely on and you’re efficient at looking at marketing data. You will work on a campaign until it’s optimized and making money!
You will report directly to the CEO and lead our in-house marketing team. Your duties will include managing all marketing operations, assessing and improving existing campaigns, data analysis, project management, executing the vision of the CEO and innovating more profitable and effective growth strategies!
P.S. This position is not good for someone who gets overwhelmed easily or doesn’t like pressure. We have fun building and we know that takes a special kind of person!
This ROLE is perfect for someone who has experience in managing people, online campaigns, is strong at email marketing and funnel building.
You MUST be insanely strong at project management!
You’ll need to be fantastic at building and leading teams!

To be a good fit you’ll need to be ambitious, FAST, geek out on finding ways to reach more people, and love to build out sales funnels. We have an in-house sales team of 13 PRO’s and we want to hire 10 more in the next two weeks!
You’ll need to come in and hit the ground running so if you get overwhelmed don’t apply…You’ll need to be a BUILDER who can handle jumping into the deep end!
The Head of Marketing’s primary responsibility is to generate revenue by executing the vision of the CEO.
Our sales team is AMBITIOUS and will be calling you for leads if you’re not performing 🙂
The Head of Marketing must be both analytical and creative, and possess the following skills:
Firm grip on email marketing.
Proficient at social media marketing and can run and manage someone to execute clear KPI’s over 30,60, 90 day plans.
Strategic thinker and executer, your mind thinks in solutions and you rarely get overwhelmed! In fact you’re a bit of a workaholic by nature!
You know how to find traffic in many places, not just facebook, Youtube and Instagram.
Possess outstanding leadership skills; a blend of analytical, creative and strategic talents that help you earn the confidence of your staff and peers. Demonstrate ability to effectively communicate, motivate and inspire cross-functional teams with professionalism and clarity.
Strong Marketing Project Management Skills and Quality Control.
Exceptional verbal and written communications skills with a high value on KPI’s!
Technical knowledge and superb proficiency with market research data analysis.
Project management and proven ability to plan, organize, lead and direct projects. Has the ability to be flexible and change course when/if something is not working!
A history of building strong relationships with your team, both those who report to you and those you serve alongside.

You can hire and lead an affiliate partnership division and lead that person to successful KPI’s.
A bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications or related field is preferred, as well as 5-7 years of well-rounded marketing leadership experience.
The Head of Marketing will be responsible for:
Setting quarterly marketing goals and objectives in alignment with CEO’s vision
Example of possible KPI’s:
Finding someone to create a certification program in the next 90 days!
Increasing the volume in an existing evergreen funnel with Traffic team and finding new streams of traffic
Build and launch a paid challenge

Plan, implement, and manage marketing strategy
Execute the vision of the CEO
Ability to project management and shift as needed
Contribute to the overall growth of the company
Contribute ideas, review, and manage content marketing strategy
Determine KPIs for marketing department and turn in weekly KPI updates
Manage Online Traffic and create self liquidating offers to off set add spend
Keep the marketing budget in check
Build an affiliate department that reports to you
Work with the sales department to be sure that front end marketing matches the clients experience
Use data and reports to make evidence-based decisions
Analyze company’s marketing strategy and suggest improvements
Stay up to date with the latest technology
Stay up to date with the latest best practices
Design, plan, and execute effective marketing campaigns
Hands on experience with CRM and SEO tools like Google Analytics, Infusionsoft, Close.io
Build team members when needed
You understand Clickfunnels and can get beautifully converting funnels up quickly!
