Do you get stuck in a loop, thinking, even obsessing over the next best move for your business?
Do you go over the same questions again and again, like:
How can I get more sales…
Where do I find the right VA…
How do I take my business to the next level…
What’s the best way to deal with life situations when I’m trying to grow a business…
The truth is, if you can manage your mind, your business will take care of itself.
Back in the day, I’d let anything imperfect that happened disrupt me and throw me for a loop.
Like when I sent out an email to my whole list and the link was wrong… or that time I realized I hired the wrong assistant.
All these things are about your INTENSITY. And what you need to do is to calm down.
Your job is to be grateful for the things that are in your space now. You know, the things you once prayed for that you DO have. Like the relationship you once prayed for, or the business and income you once prayed for.
We are now in our 9th year of HeartCore and we are set to have our best year ever.
But the first 2 years sucked.
I was confused about a lot of things.
And I brought that intensity to the business, to my decisions and eventually to my money.
Something is always going to happen.
As soon as you solve one problem, a new problem arises. And honestly, that new problem is always a blessing.
Or it can be. Depending on how you walk through that problem.
All you need to do is to get out of the way and stop trying to control what other people need to do.
Stop controlling what you need to do.
Stop operating in this intensity.
It’s the intensity that kills your dreams… it’s the intensity that makes you miserable.
It’s not your career, it’s not your spouse, it’s not your weight, it’s not any of that that makes you miserable.
The thing that actually makes you miserable is your emotional triggers and your control… your intensity.
Intensity is great for people that are way laid back. But most of us that I see inside this community are uber-driven and that drive can cause us to think that the one struggle we’re facing right now… if we can just solve that one thing, all our dreams will come true.
That’s ‘the lie’ as Christians call the enemy; it’s the lie that spiritual people call ‘ego.’
The struggle is real – and it’s a good thing if you have it cause it means you’re still breathing.
It’s a good thing you have it because it means you’re going to the next level.
But if you keep struggling with the same struggle for years, it’s because you keep focusing on that one thing to solve everything.
When you get intimate with and embrace the struggle, you’ll walk through the journey differently than when you have resentment and hate for the struggle.
I invite you to look at your struggles and take your power back. When you focus on what you ‘should’ or shouldn’t do, you give your power away with an ‘entitled mindset’.
Money is easy to make. You can make tons of money without knowing your message, without having a product, as long as you have a buyer’s list versus a follower’s list.
I don’t want followers. I want people who want to leave a legacy on the planet… but to get to the next level we need to get out of our own way.
We really can have what we want.
What changed for me this year, over other years, is that I walked through those moments of failure better than I ever have.
I made a commitment to fail last year and through that commitment, we massively grew the company, we massively grew our wisdom and we massively set ourselves up for a better year next year!
My marriage is amazing, my health is incredible and I couldn’t be happier.
I want to challenge you between now and the next 30 days to put yourself out there.
What could you fail at?
What could you make a commitment to fail at that could unleash you to play bigger… to have less intensity, to get out of confusion, to not allow yourself to feel stuck and be stuck?
If you think about all the things that went wrong this year and you put a new lens on it… it could help you walk through 2020 in a way that will set you up for massive growth!
Get your mind right and everything else will fall into place.
I’d love for you to join our free Facebook Group if you haven’t already. I’ll be doing some fun, impactful stuff in there this coming year. I’ll share wins, losses, and all the things I’ve learned along the way.
