SPACE

Can you be a BUSY woman entrepreneur and still make a big change?

It’s crazy, but some of my best work comes out when I’m about to go to sleep.  I think that it’s God’s way of showing us that we’re not the boss. Whatever the reason, I’m up and writing what’s coming through now.

I was lying here thinking about you and your business and what you can possibly do to make things easier and more FUN!

Often we start with a mission to change the world, then find ourselves in a sea of confusion and stress.

Has it ever dawned on you that it’s not supposed to be like that?

Like you are not supposed to be following your dream and stressing 24/7 about how you are going to fold the laundry,

pick up the kids, and pay the bills—well, it’s not.

So why are so many women in business missing the memo that

it’s time to prioritize their lives?

Here are some tips that I use to stop the “Crazies” from taking over my life.

We schedule our VIP Coaching Clients Monday through Wednesday.  That allows us space to open up more support programs to help women.  It also allows me, the CEO, to have enough bandwidth to work on business development, blogging, and to have enough time to eat healthy  while HeartCore Women is growing.

Who said that we have to sacrifice wellness and happiness to grow a business?

Obviously someone who only knows the stressful way of building a business. And that's NOT US!

We take off the fourth week of every month as a flex week.  There are never client meetings or staff meetings.  This is time for me to write, self-reflect, connect with friends, or take a vacation.   We are very vocal about our schedule to our clients since we believe that it’s time for a new paradigm shift in how women are doing business.  And we are happy to pioneer that shift.

Prioritize your to-do list!  This is a BIG one.  Trust me that my mind wants to take on everything just like the next gal—however, you’ll zap every ounce of your creativity if you do everything yourself.

So if you are just starting, don’t worry about product creation, technology, and all the other crazy details that come into play as your company grows.  Focus on higher-ticket items or long-term client services.  This is the main focus you’ll need so that you don’t have a cash flow problem in the months to come.

Last but not least, we go to as many events in a  year as possible.

Now that’s because we have a full client base, so we are always looking for great successful partnership opportunities.

When we were in the beginning building stages, we did not use this strategy.

Back then, my mind was ONLY on building foundational structures with my BUSINESS COACH. My goal was to create sustainable income in my business so that I could create a base that allowed me to serve more people—probably something you want to consider if you haven’t already.

So that’s it.  My eyes are starting to burn, so that’s a clue that God and I are done for the night. – LOL

I hope that this helps you and your mindset as you continue to plow forward in serving the world.

Just remember that we ALL have to go through the RISK door and the struggle months in order to find the peace at the end of our road.

In case you haven’t figured out what works yet, let me leave you with the message to not give up!  Your gold is hiding where you are afraid to go! Always remember those words because they will guide you to clarity and give you courage to take that next step when your EGO is screaming NO.

Feel free to share your comments below.  They let me know that you are reading these posts, and it encourages me to write more.

Much Love and here's to more SLEEP!
